naymd is responsible for this waitlist. naymd collects your email address, creative role and city to manage the early-access waitlist, understand where our creative community is growing, and contact you about your place and launch access. Joining does not create an account.

We use these details for our legitimate interest in operating the waitlist. Marketing is separate: we send news, opportunities and promotions only if you select the optional checkbox. We record your preference, its timestamp and the privacy-notice version. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time without losing your place.

Our hosting provider Vercel and database provider Supabase process information for us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions. For abuse prevention, your network address is processed transiently and a keyed pseudonymous identifier is kept in our rate-limit provider, Upstash, for up to ten minutes. We do not store your IP address in the waitlist table or sell your details.

These providers may process data internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements. Access to the waitlist is restricted. If we use a private Google Sheet for administration, Google will also process an authorised copy of the same information.

We retain waitlist details until six months after launch, or delete them sooner on request. If launch has not happened within twelve months of registration, we will review and remove stale registrations unless continued retention is justified and communicated. Marketing preferences are respected separately; minimal suppression records may be kept to honour opt-outs.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to waitlist processing, or withdraw marketing consent. Our privacy contact is being prepared; registration must remain closed until it is published. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
